We have been sleeping on this mattress for the last year and it has been great! This mattress has us spoiled. We cannot stay anywhere without comparing and wishing we were sleeping on our own bed.

Initially, we ordered soft/med/firm layers for both sides. The mattress came quickly in several boxes. After "building" the mattress, I was worried because we both had issues with it being too soft. We exchanged layers twice and achieved success. As it turns out, my wife likes a more firm surface than I do. I like the top to be soft with support underneath and she likes the whole thing to be a little more firm. This is the only mattress I found that offered this type of customization.

We are both stomach sleepers. No aches, no pains. It is like sleeping on a marshmallow. I feel completely supported even though I am laying on a soft surface. The other great thing is the lack of movement when one of us rolls around. It is like sleeping alone (except for the snoring...).

The effort it took to exchange layers (SleepEZ was marvelous in working with us) and rebuild the bed was well worth it. It also took some understanding that the deeper you "bury" a layer, the less effect it has on the feel of the bed.

I've had this bed for 5 months now and it cured my lower back spasms that i've had for years. I love this bed and i sleep on ext firm, firm, firm layers. My fiance sleep on firm medium medium but she doesn't have any back issues. I recommended this bed to my brother as well and he bought one and loves it as well. If you have any issues with your back go ahead and get this bed because if you dont like it you can return it, i've searched high and low and there's A) no better deal out there B) no better customer service out there -- they wont haggle you, very fair people. The only comment i would make is that initially it's tricky to assemble if you're not familiar with how to handle the latex, perhaps a tutorial video explaining how to put the bed together would be helpful. I've seen such videos on their competitor's sites.
