Our manufacturing facility is located just North of the Sky Harbor International Airport,in the heart of the greater Phoenix metropolitian area. There is easy freeway access from all surrounding areas.. We have been at this location for 20 years and in Phoenix since 1974. This is where we actually cut all latex and memory foam to size, quilt material, sew covers, package, and ship our mattresses. It takes specialized equipment and proper facilities to manufacture mattresses and be classified as a true "factory direct". In todays marketplace the term is used all too often by those who are merely retailers. The next time you encounter someone using the term "factory direct" ask them what they mean, and where their factoy is located.
