All client information is kept in-house and strictly confidential. The personal information collected from you during order processing (name, address, phone & fax numbers, email address and credit card number & expiration date) is used exclusively for contact, shipping and billing purposes. On some pages, you can submit information about other people. For example, if you order a gift online and want it sent directly to the recipient, you will need to submit the recipient's address. In this circumstance, the types of personal information collected are: name, address and phone number. We use the information you provide about someone else when placing an order only to ship the product and to confirm delivery. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order. Sleep EZ does not share our customer's personal information with any third party.
We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.
Sleep EZ uses a secure server and 128 bit encryption ensuring that all client information is safe. Your credit card is charged only after your order has been reviewed and processed for delivery. Your transaction is just as secure as if you came into our store personally. Your personal information is stored on our premises in a locked fire file.
