Nothing is worse than not being able to fall or stay asleep. Am I right? Sleep is so critical to your health and when you don’t get enough of it, every area of your life is affected. Once you’ve addresses your physical needs (ie: you have a mattress you absolutely love and your bedroom environment is dialed in for healthy sleeping), you should next address your internal needs. More often than not, the stress of everyday somehow creeps into your head just at the wrong time when you’re trying to wind down to sleep. This app will guide take you through a 25-minute session that will help calm your mind and train your brain to sleep better.
